Delighting in Profits, Megris Properties Opens Near 15%

August 19 news, Megris Properties (3990.HK) opened 14.83% to HK$5.42.

According to the news, the company issued a profit announcement yesterday evening, expecting that shareholders of the group's continuous operating businesses will record a net profit of HK$250-350 million for the first half of 2025; and that core net profit will record a net profit of HK$250-350 million. The same period last year was HK$140 million and HK$142 million, respectively. The announcement stated that the increase is mainly due to the completion of physical distribution and sale of services as a new business segment for the group on October 22, 2024.
