The plot of land measures 4705 square meters and was originally priced at 10.01 billion CNY, with a floor price of 163639 CNY per square meter. After 28 rounds of bidding, the plot was eventually sold to Shanghai Qizhang Wangyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. for 12.25 billion CNY, with a floor price of 200257 CNY per square meter and a premium rate of 22.38%.
This transaction has set a new record for the highest floor price in Shanghai and nationwide for residential land use.
