Can Heavy Trucks Crash into Ideal i8? Employee of Qingling Motors Claims "Lowering National Intelligence"
Ideal Automobile's first all-electric SUV has sparked controversy over a crash test video.
During the release conference for Ideal i8, Ideal officially released the video showing the collision test between the vehicle and a heavy truck. When the two vehicles collided head-on, the four wheels of the truck lifted off the ground, and the driver's cab and cargo box showed significant separation. The driver's cab was almost leaning against the front windshield of Ideal i8.
Due to the lack of a steering wheel lock on the truck, netizens discovered that the brand of this truck is Qingling Motors. As of now, the latest video has had the truck's logo blurred out.
In response to public questions, Qingling Motors' official Douyin account replied that the law department is handling the matter. The comment also said, "We've been played; smart people can see through it with one glance." "I don't know what the director behind the scenes wants; in reality, I think it would be like this."
Additionally, a WeChat blogger verified by Qingling Motors as an employee has spoken out, stating that they fully agree to lower national intelligence and completely defy physical laws.
In response to this, Sina Tech has sought confirmation from Ideal Automobile, but the party has not responded yet.
