2025 Tengsheng D9 Pushes OTA Smart Leap for Seamless Phone-Car Connection
Phoenix Technology News, August 4th, Tengsheng Automobile officially released the 2025 version of Tengsheng D9 OTA smart leap, achieving end-to-end big model upgrade and realizing seamless connection between phone and car. This upgrade is specifically designed for the 7-seat version of the 2025 Tengsheng D9, which will be pushed nationwide in batches.
According to official introduction, this OTA upgrade has optimized the navigation assistance function. The priority traffic efficiency feature has been upgraded, allowing vehicles to intelligently adjust their speed and possess the ability to "limit speed" according to real-time traffic conditions. New added navigation assistance features include variable lane style adjustment with dual modes ("conservative/standard") to meet different user driving habits and complex road conditions; lane cruising assistance has also made breakthroughs in merging, red light recognition, and detouring, allowing vehicles to automatically merge into the main road and recognize signals to enable automatic starting and stopping; intelligent detour function supports obstacle detection, such as traffic cones and pedestrians, making complex intersection navigation smoother. Among these, the upgraded navigation assistance variable lane style adjustment feature and lane cruising assistance merging, red light recognition, and detouring features are only applicable to elite, high-end, and flagship models.
Parking assistant has also added new offset parking functionality, allowing for intelligent "offset left, right, center" three-way offset strategies.
The hand-car interconnection function is a highlight of this upgrade, which extends the phone app ecosystem to the car and supports functions such as navigation transfer, application continuation. When leaving the car, it automatically disconnects, and when returning to the vehicle, it immediately reconnects, achieving seamless hand-car interconnection experience without interruptions. Currently, this feature supports Huawei, OPPO, Xiaomi, Vivo, iQOO, Redmi, Honor phone models.
Smart voice interaction has been further upgraded with the addition of ten dialect recognition functions, covering Sichuan dialect, Cantonese, Shandong dialect, Henan dialect, and other common dialects.
Additionally, this upgrade also includes automatic door closing when locking, improving phone UWB car key usage experience and compatibility, and various minor optimizations.
