Training for New Staff: Is it Possible?
Beijing Haidian Branch of China CITIC Bank organized employees to attend a training session at the Central Party School, providing specialized training on anti-fraud for new staff members. During the activity, employees were taught through real-life cases and scenarios about online fraud, fake public security organs, and other forms of deception. Over 100 propaganda materials were distributed, and staff also helped install the National Anti-Fraud Center APP and demonstrated its functions.
Visiting Elderly Communities: Is it Possible?
Beijing Tianzhu Branch of China CITIC Bank cooperated with the Community Committee of certain district and the Public Security Bureau to launch an "Integrating Finance and Anti-Fraud" activity. The focus was on elderly groups, addressing high-risk fraud types such as elder abuse, through typical case analysis and real-life scenarios. Over 200 propaganda materials were distributed.
Visiting Enterprises: Is it Possible?
Beijing Xihu Branch of China CITIC Bank innovatively combined anti-fraud services with propaganda, actively visiting enterprises to launch a "Service + Propaganda" one-stop activity. Under the theme "Guarding Wages and Preventing Fraud", employees provided convenient financial services such as in-person card issuance, combined high-risk case analysis, and practical preventive advice on the "Three Principles" (don't believe, don't reveal, and don't transfer) and "Three Questions Techniques" (asking about the source, purpose, and risk). Over 150 anti-fraud propaganda handbooks were distributed.

China CITIC Bank's Zhongshan Branch jointly organized with the Community Committee of a certain district and the Public Security Bureau an activity at the Zhongshan Community Center. Through multi-channel outreach, police officers presented cases, analyzed tactics, and set up award-winning Q&A stations and consultation tables. Over 200 anti-fraud propaganda materials were distributed, and staff also guided residents, especially elderly individuals, to install the National Anti-Fraud Center APP.
