【Dahai Cai Lian News】 According to Beijing Property Exchange, BAIC BNP Automobile Co., Ltd.'s capital increase project was completed on September 5.

Jiangsu Yue Da Automobile Group Co., Ltd. invested RMB 171 billion, while China Agricultural Bank's investment platform, Rural Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd., China Telecom Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Diping Information Technology Co., Ltd. respectively invested RMB 100 billion, RMB 50 billion, and RMB 10 billion. China First Automobile Co., Ltd. also concurrently increased its capital by RMB 524 billion.

After the capital increase, BAIC and BAIC Equity Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. collectively held a 79.0394% stake.

This round of capital increase saw BAIC BNP raise funds totaling RMB 855 billion, which will primarily be used for new energy technology research and development, intelligent manufacturing upgrades, and channel ecological construction.
