China Citic Bank's "Lingxi" AI Robot Shines at World Artificial Intelligence Conference
Recently, the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and Global AI Governance High-Level Meeting was held in Shanghai. China Citic Group brought together its 20 subsidiary companies for the fourth consecutive year to showcase their exploration of frontier technologies such as quantum technology and AI for Science, and leading practices in emerging industries like smart manufacturing and low-altitude economy. This time, China Citic Bank focused on showcasing its "Lingxi" AI robot, which emphasized digitalized customer service experience and brought about a new upgrade in interactive methods. In response to the traditional intelligent customer service's delays in responding, low self-service rate, and complex service paths, users do not need to download an app; through WeChat mini-program "China Citic Bank Micro Services", they can enjoy convenient financial services experiences.
At the exhibition site, China Citic Bank's "Lingxi" AI robot interactive area attracted many attendees. Users can simulate the "Lingxi" AI robot through a simulated on-site experience, and with just one sentence instruction, they can complete transactions, balance inquiries, and proof of opening, among other financial services consulting and handling. The AI robot applies the "China Citic Bank Micro Services" mini-program to achieve intelligent interaction experiences for customers, with over 100,000 monthly active users, providing a benchmark example for exploring large models in the field of smart customer service.
