Chinese Company Universe Enters Strategic Partnership with Skywork AI to Strengthen Artificial Intelligence Technology Collaboration

August 20, Chinese Company Universe (3700.HK) released a profit announcement. As of June 30, 2025, the company expects its first-half net profit to be no less than RMB 260 million, with a year-on-year increase exceeding 90%. On the same day, the company also released an announcement on the "Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement" related transaction.

The announcement shows that on August 20, 2025, Beijing Moliwan (Chinese Company Universe's core subsidiary) and Skywork AI signed a Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement. According to the agreement, Skywork AI has conditionally agreed to issue shares to Beijing Moliwan, and Beijing Moliwan has conditionally agreed to purchase 9,950,617 shares of Series A Preferred Shares from Skywork AI (approximately 0.67% of the total outstanding shares after the issuance) at a total price of RMB 100 million.

Skywork AI is a subsidiary company of Kunlun Group Limited (昆仑集团). The announcement also disclosed the reasons and benefits for this purchase agreement.
