Customs Seizes Multiple Cases of Infringement on LABUBU Products, Pouppe Matricially Thanks Customs with a Certificate

Beijing Customs Deputy Inspector and Comprehensive Business Department Director Cao Yongbin stated: "This year's first half, Beijing Customs seized a total of 53 batches, 17.5 million pieces of suspected infringing goods. Among them, 13 batches, over 30,000 pieces of goods infringing on Pouppe Matrice intellectual property rights. Since last year, Beijing Customs has utilized the cross-border cooperation platform to report trends and coordinate with various customs offices nationwide to intercept a large quantity of infringing 'Pouppe Matrice' goods."
"Consumers can verify the authenticity of LABUBU products through anti-counterfeiting marks, etc., but the core advice is always to choose authorized channels and avoid any unofficial transactions," emphasized Pouppe Matrice International Group Vice President Chen Xiao-yun. "Pouppe Matrice sincerely thanks the General Administration of Customs, Beijing Customs, and all port customs nationwide for their steadfast support and professional enforcement in intellectual property protection, which provides a crucial guarantee for maintaining brand rights and market order."
Capital Airport Customs Travel Inspection Officer Li Si-jiye, speaking at the site, stated that on May 22nd, Beijing Customs seized through travel inspection channels a single batch of 7,850 LABUBU infringing toys and 955 pieces of cards and packaging bearing Pouppe Matrice brand logos, which is the largest seizure of infringing LABUBU goods to date. Subsequently, Beijing Customs has continuously seized infringing LABUBU toys, stickers, phone cases, packaging boxes, etc."
At the end of the activity, Vice President Chen Xiao-yun separately presented certificates of appreciation to the General Administration of Customs and Beijing Customs, expressing gratitude for their ongoing support.
