DJI Osmo 360 Exposed to "Foggy Lens" Issue! Founder of ImageStone Responds at Night: "Just an Exception"
Glon Hui, August 4th|According to each news, recently, some users have feedback that DJI's newly released Osmo 360 panorama camera has a "foggy lens" issue. Some netizens have posted on social platforms saying they recorded 14-15 minutes of 8K 50 frames (format) and placed the camera on the windshield frame inside the car, only to discover fog appeared afterwards. In response, DJI's official technical support account replied that Osmo 360 has undergone rigorous fog testing at the factory. If users replace batteries in a humid environment (such as prolonged rain and high humidity), it may lead to an excessive amount of water vapor inside the camera. At this point, when shooting at high levels, the camera may generate heat and, upon encountering cold air, possibly cause fogging on the lens.
