East Lai Plans to Hire 20 Ex-Offenders; East Lai Releases Interview Questions for Ex-Offenders! Yu Dong Lai: Wisdom on How Former Offenders Can Truly Share and Enter Society with Happiness
Gelong Hu August 15th|Yu Dong Lai released the interview questions for ex-offenders from East Lai yesterday evening on social platforms. There are three main parts, including reflection and summary of violating laws; correct understanding and evaluation of one's own values; and planning for the future. Yu Dong Lai expressed that this is also wisdom on how former offenders can truly share and enter society with happiness.
Among these, the aspect of reflection and summary on violating laws requires ex-offenders to think about the reasons for their actions and analyze the methods they used to solve past problems. Yu Dong Lai believes that "this issue is also helpful in helping more people face contradictions when solving problems, and how to correctly resolve them, avoiding mistakes and regrets."
Prior to this, on August 8th, Yu Dong Lai announced that East Lai's third branch was entering the recruitment stage, with an estimated 1000 vacancies, planning to reserve 200 positions for military veterans and 20 positions for individuals with criminal records. On that day, East Lai's plan "to hire 20 ex-offenders" topped the hot search list.
