Expert Confirmation: Love Care No Liability, Ms. Zhang Claims Lack of Communication! We Have to File a Lawsuit with the People's Court
Love Care held a media briefing on July 30th to publicly explain the entire process of their dispute with Ms. Zhang regarding cancer detection.
According to Love Care, experts have confirmed that Love Care has no liability. Ms. Zhang's side claims that Love Care had ineffective communication.
Love Care Group founder, chairman and CEO Zhang Lijiang said, "We sympathize with Ms. Zhang's illness and hope she can recover soon. Love Care has always prioritized customer health, and we will continue to provide support and help to all customers who need it within our means."
However, Zhang Lijiang emphasized that getting sick should not be a reason to slander or libel Love Care. Ms. Zhang's failure to follow up on her medical check-ups in a timely manner has turned into a systematic attack on Love Care, which not only harms Love Care but also the entire private enterprise industry and even the trust foundation of China's entire health examination industry.
Love Care Group Senior Vice President Zhou Xiaojing said that as a professional with legal expertise, Ms. Zhang should have upheld her profession and stood on evidence. However, Ms. Zhang ignored the facts and used hypothetical methods to fabricate rumors through social media, launching an organized online harassment campaign against Love Care.
Zhou Xiaojing stated that due to Ms. Zhang's behavior, which severely damaged Love Care's reputation, causing over 20 years of dedication by thousands of Love Care employees in health management services, and approximately 8 million annual customers who were embarrassed, the public has been misled into doubting private examination centers, the entire health examination industry, even including government hospitals within China's entire medical industry.
"In light of the above situation, Love Care believes that it must clarify the facts and restore the truth. As representative of over 15,000 Love Care employees, we have no choice but to file a lawsuit with the People's Court, which has now been formally accepted and is awaiting the court's fair judgment."
