Miyun District's Shicheng Town Zhangjiafen Village is adjacent to a mountain slope. The strong rainfall triggered landslides, causing large amounts of mud and stone to flow into the village, partially destroying some houses, disrupting roads, and seriously affecting villagers' normal lives.
