Geely Group to Release "Xing Yuan" Technology on August 19, HAOHUA HL Extended Range Edition Simultaneously Available

Sina Tech News, August 14, Geely Group announced that it will hold a technology release conference for "Xing Yuan" on August 19. On the same day, the first mass-produced model equipped with "Xing Yuan" technology - HAOHUA HL Extended Range Edition will also officially go on sale.

As Geely Group's latest achievement in the extended range field, "Xing Yuan" technology focuses on addressing core pain points in extended-range vehicles, including high fuel consumption, insufficient power, and significant noise and vibration. Its core configuration includes Geely's self-researched high-efficiency extended-range device, a crankshaft direct oil-cooled generator for dynamic performance, and optimized electromagnetic force, combined with advanced technologies such as location stopping and positioning, to achieve seamless start-stop functionality and significantly improve the quietness of driving.

Furthermore, Geely has also developed an AI energy control platform through four major strategies: full-energy management, smart replenishment adjustment, smart energy recovery, and instantaneous optimal allocation. This will further optimize the efficiency of the extended-range system.

It's worth noting that Geely has already accumulated rich experience in the extended range technology field. As early as 2010, Geely had begun related research and successfully developed and mass-produced the Geely Emgrand GA5 REV extended-range pure electric sedan.
