Hehuokangtai: Tóng Fāng Yào Yè and Beijing Qīng Kòng Sign a Contract for Beijing Building Project, Estimated Value of Approximately RMB 3367.24 Million

Hehuokangtai (01312) announced that on August 18, 2025, Tongfang Yao Ye (the company's directly wholly-owned subsidiary) signed a contract with Beijing Qingkong for the Beijing R&D Comprehensive Building Project, according to which Tongfang Yao Ye agrees to engage Beijing Qingkong as the general contractor to undertake the construction engineering of the project, estimated to be approximately RMB 3367.24 million (subject to adjustment).
