　　Glorion Daily August 5th | According to the Henan Provincial Finance Department, on August 4th, the Ministry of Finance allocated 13150 million yuan to Henan Province for agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation, water conservancy rescue funds, including: 6330 million yuan for agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation, 6820 million yuan for water conservancy rescue funds, to support cleaning and maintenance of wells, irrigation equipment maintenance, and anti-drought water source engineering construction, etc. The provincial finance department followed the principle of "special cases require special handling" and "urgent matters require urgent attention", and allocated all funds to cities and counties on the same day, specifically dispatching cash to ensure that the funds have a maximum impact as soon as possible. To support anti-drought yield increase, the provincial finance department has been working hard to raise funds, allocating 3000 million yuan for anti-drought funds in mid-July, and then making an emergency advance payment of 1 billion yuan on August 1st to support cities and counties in conducting autumn grain "one-time multi-promotion", supporting corn, soybean, and other autumn crops in applying mixed foliar fertilizers, anti-antagonists, adjusting agents, fungicides, and insecticides, etc., and exerting full efforts to support various regions in carrying out anti-drought and harvest work.
