His mission is clear and arduous – converting the “problem list” of enterprises into the “attack plan” of research, and then turning research achievements into tangible benefits for enterprises.

This confidence stems from Li's extensive research accumulation and rich industrial experience. As a top scientist globally ranking among the top 2%, he has led over 10 national-level and provincial-level research projects, published more than 120 SCI papers. His years of on-site experience in breeding have allowed him to accurately identify industry pain points. When enterprises like Ruihen were plagued by antibiotic abuse, Li quickly focused on the key issue of “green alternative antibiotics”.

In the laboratories and workshops of Luo Yang Lianshi Technology Co., Ltd., Li's team has made a breakthrough in the provincial-level research project. His innovative design for "molecular membrane separation and extraction technology" has significantly increased the extraction rate of ginseng effective components by 30%, shortened production cycles by 20%. After commercialization, the technology has rapidly reached an annual capacity of 200 tons, adding over 2 million yuan in value to the enterprise. The far-reaching impact is that this green alternative antibiotic product has been promoted to more than 20 breeding farms in the province, significantly reducing antibiotic usage and driving the development of Henan's breeding industry towards "green, safe, and efficient" transformation.

Li's role as "Tech Vice General" extends beyond single technical breakthroughs. Leveraging his expertise in animal disease control, he has built a comprehensive disease prevention and control system for Ruihen and surrounding breeding farms, including detection, warning, and prevention. His team has conducted free testing on over 2000 animal samples annually, promoting the shift from "passive discovery" to "active warning". He has co-authored with local veterinarians the “Bovine Viral Enteritis Comprehensive Prevention Technology”, innovatively proposing a strategy of "traditional medicine prevention + environmental disinfection + immune enhancement", which was selected as one of the key technologies promoted by Henan Province's Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2025, setting up a barrier for healthy development throughout the industry.

“Professor Li has brought not only technology, but also confidence!” said a breeding farm manager in Xin Yang. Li's service radius has already exceeded cooperative enterprise boundaries, radiating throughout the entire Xin Yang region. With government support, he has integrated resources from Henan Agricultural University and Xin Yang Agricultural College, providing technical support to over 10 small and medium-sized breeding farms. He has compiled the free guidebook “Compendium of Livestock Disease Prevention and Control”, which has been disseminated among breeders, training more than 200 people, becoming a "technical treasure" for breeders.

They bring research achievements to bear, focusing on industry pain points, speeding up the conversion of technical achievements into reality, becoming a strong driving force for promoting the high-quality development of Henan's breeding industry and even the entire province.
