July 31st, according to JD Blackboard Report, JD has taken measures to support the children of full-time riders and JD Logistics employees who participated in this year's college entrance exams. These measures include a congratulations bonus, paid leave for parents, free on-campus accommodation, and priority hiring after graduation.
Specifically, among the children of one-line employees who participated in this year's college entrance exams, JD Logistics will offer a congratulations bonus to those who scored the highest as well as those who gained admission to top universities such as 985, 211, and Double First-Class universities. In addition, families of these employees will be given 3 days of paid leave to allow parents to accompany their children on this new journey.
JD has also provided a long-term development channel for the "JD offspring": in the future, JD Logistics will offer internships and campus recruitment opportunities to all one-line employees' university-age children, with priority hiring for those who meet job requirements - this means that today's supported examinees may become tomorrow's excellent employees at JD Logistics, growing up alongside their parents with a sense of fulfillment.
