Jiangsu Has More Than Just "Suhao" - Jiangsu Enterprises Shine at World Robot Conference
Securities Daily reporter Zang Xiaoming
The green wave of "Suhao" has not yet subsided, and Jiangsu enterprises have brought their high-tech products to the World Robot Conference (WRC) with innovative solutions for various scenarios. Securities Daily reporters learned that dozens of Jiangsu companies, including Magic Atomic, Orioqi, Lujie Robot, Crab Robotics, etc., showcased their latest products and solutions at WRC 2025.
Based on its strong industrial foundation, well-developed intelligent manufacturing industry chain, and excellent business environment, Suzhou provides a high-quality ecological environment for enterprises to conduct technical research and development as well as industrial landing. This has attracted more and more head companies to gather, accelerating the push of wearable artificial intelligence technology from R&D to mass production.
KUAVO (Kuafu) humanoid robots from Suzhou demonstrated various scenarios such as outdoor delivery, Tai Chi performance, human-machine interaction, box transfer, material sorting, SMT component output and reception, and remote control with 5G-A long-range operation and "small brain" cooperative control, showcasing their diversified applications in industries, commerce, and services.
Orioqi showcased its self-developed robots Wanda 2.0 and Wanda 3.0, which presented interactive scenarios such as food, drinks, entertainment, remote control, and cleaning, demonstrating the practical capabilities of robots in the "eat, drink, play, live" field.
Magic Atomic brought its full family of robots to WRC 2025, showcasing humanoid and quadruped robots with applications in industries, commerce, homes, and more. The on-site presentation included "Little Mac" dual-handed adhesive application, intelligent guide, and MagicDog home interaction, highlighting their comprehensive strength in motion control, autonomous operation, and multi-scenario solutions.
Laiying Robot showcased its LUS2 humanoid robot, the debut of 50kg load MOS series robots, and NIX small-sized humanoid robots. LUS2 demonstrated a "1-second explosion" and Charleston dance performance, while MOS showed high-load capabilities with core component matrices, comprehensively presenting their full-stack technological strength and product landing vision.
Enjoy Technology exhibited its W-Bot robot designed for outdoor family scenarios, featuring excellent outdoor movement stability. Worth mentioning is that this W-Bot robot was the first service robot to appear at the "Suhao" arena.
Zhiheng Robot and Rui'er Man Robot jointly showcased their core products, such as cooperative hands 90C and 120S. These products rely on high-precision force control, gesture interaction capabilities, and lightweight high-load characteristics, which have been widely applied to Zhijian robots, national geographic robot innovation center, and multiple humanoid robot companies. On-site demonstrations were conducted by Zhiheng hands in collaboration with multiple robot body enterprises, directly presenting their technological advantages in high-precision operation, complex scenario adaptability, and low-latency response.
From Suzhou, listed company Green's Harmony showcased optimized reducers for humanoid robots, including miniature reducers for dexterous hands, high-stiffness reducers, lightweight reducers with extreme weight reduction, high-torque transparent (low backlash) reducers, and high-frequency resonance (low rotational inertia) reducers.
From Wuxi, Yiou Technology previously released a new generation of PHA lightweight harmonic joint modules. This time, it presented a series of new force-control harmonic joint products. Company personnel introduced how to achieve force-controlled joints miniaturization, which is an unavoidable question in wearable AI development, and these products may become the first batch to start mass production.
Tianqi Shares-backed company UQI Orioqi relies on its self-developed robot operation system UPilot and core controller ACU. It has successively launched industrial mobile robots Wali, unmanned cars Chitu, and industrial humanoid robots. "UQI's vision is to continuously build an end-to-end unmanned logistics system based on unmanned vehicles and humanoid robots, hoping to show more possibilities through the World Robot Conference." Company personnel stated.
At WRC 2025, Crab Robotics, which has been settled in Wuxi since 2019, started from scratch with parts production, focusing on developing harmonic reducers and joint modules as its core business. Within five years, it successfully entered the list of Jiangsu's key intelligent manufacturing enterprises. Based on these core components, Crab Robotics carefully crafted a humanoid robot - Xiaocrab. In less than two years, three iterations have boosted the robot's arm load from 5kg to 50kg, not only breaking industry records but also opening up endless imagination spaces for industries, logistics, and more.
Huabao Robot showcased its wearable AI robot development platform (Astra Pro), which integrates multi-modal perception with AI technology, supports ROS2 open architecture, and has bi-language programming capabilities, featuring omnidirectional movement and dual-arm cooperation abilities, and is an open platform for algorithm verification and cross-disciplinary experiments at high schools.
