Jingdong Rewards Riders, Delivery Personnel, and Other Frontline Employees' Children Who Excel in College Entrance Exams: Congratulatory Bonus, Paid Leave, and Priority Employment after Graduation
July 31st, according to Jingdong's Blackboard News, Jingdong has launched a series of measures to support the children of full-time riders, delivery personnel, transportation drivers, sorting staff, packaging staff, customer service staff, and other frontline employees who participated in this year's college entrance exams. These measures include congratulatory bonuses, paid leave, free on-campus accommodation, and priority employment after graduation.
Specifically, Jingdong will award congratulatory bonuses to children of employees who scored the highest or gained admission to top-tier universities such as 985, 211, and Double First-class institutions. Additionally, Jingdong will provide a three-day paid leave for these families, allowing them to accompany their children on this new journey.
Jingdong also provides long-term development pathways for the "Jing Second-Generation" (children of Jingdong employees): in the future, Jingdong will offer internships and campus recruitment opportunities to all university students who are children of frontline employees. Those who meet the job requirements will be given priority employment consideration - this means that today's supported examinees may become tomorrow's outstanding employees at Jingdong, growing alongside their parents and enjoying a happy family life.
