Groron Hui July 30 | The Malaysian government is considering prohibiting children under 13 from registering social media accounts and plans to strengthen law enforcement mechanisms to better protect young internet users. On Tuesday, Communications and Multimedia Minister Fahmi pointed out in parliament that ensuring the safety of children on the internet is a shared responsibility among multiple parties, not just the government, but also social platforms and parents.
