Looking at central and local governments separately, central government funds expenditure at the same level was 6308 billion yuan, a 6.2-fold increase; local government funds expenditure was 39965 billion yuan, a 15.1% increase, with related expenditures on income from the disposal of state-owned land use rights totaling 20601 billion yuan, a 6.4% decrease.
