Ministry of Foreign Affairs: China Agrees to Join "New York Declaration"
Grone News September 5th | According to Beijing Daily, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Guo Jia Kun held a regular press conference today. It is understood that China has agreed to join the outcome document of the high-level meeting on implementing the two-state solution, known as the "New York Declaration". The spokesperson commented on this, stating that the Palestinian issue is the core of the Middle East issue, and implementing the two-state solution is the only realistic way to resolve the Palestinian issue. China's agreement to join the "New York Declaration" aligns with our consistent stance on the Palestinian issue. Guo Jia Kun pointed out that the current situation in the Palestinian issue is at a critical juncture, and we support any efforts that can help promote political settlement of the Palestinian issue, will continue to work with international society to achieve peace in Gaza, alleviate humanitarian crises, implement two-state solutions, and ultimately achieve a comprehensive and just solution to the Palestinian issue.
