Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: Strengthening Protection for Aged Laborers' Basic Rights, Including Wages, Rests, Labor Safety, and Workers' Compensation
Groron News July 31st | From today to August 31st, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will release a draft regulation on basic rights protection for aged laborers (open solicitation) and solicit public opinions. The "Regulation" defines aged laborers as those who have exceeded their statutory retirement age, focusing on actual needs and clarifying the content of basic rights protection. It aims to strengthen protection for aged laborers in obtaining wages, rests, labor safety, and workers' compensation, and establish a channel for dispute resolution. Aged laborers can use labor disputes mediation arbitration, filing lawsuits with people's courts, or lodging complaints with social security departments to protect their legitimate rights.
