Among them, industry investment funds should play a leading role in industrial development, surrounding the refinement of modern industrial systems, supporting the upgrading of traditional industries, cultivating emerging industries and building future industries; venture capital funds should focus on developing new-type production capacity, investing in seed and early-stage enterprises through market-oriented means, taking into account early- to mid-period small and micro-sized enterprises, supporting technological innovation and addressing key bottleneck issues.
