New XPeng P7 Begins Pre-Sales: 800V Architecture + 5C Battery, 0-100km/h in 3.7s
Tech News from Phoenix Network on August 6th, obtained from the XPeng P7 China debut conference that the new XPeng P7 does not set a pre-sale price and will be officially launched this month with prices to be announced at the end of this month.
The new car can reach a maximum range of 820km in CLTC mode, with a 10-minute rapid charging capacity of 525km, leading the same class by a significant margin. It also features 0-100km/h acceleration in just 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 230km/h. The car is equipped with three Turing chips, featuring Ultra's globally No.1 computing power. It has a mid-mounted layout with an aluminum front double wishbone suspension and a rear five-link suspension system.
The new car features a width of 1970mm and ultra-wide tires at the rear; it is also equipped with a single-piece LED logo, a hidden millimeter-wave radar (industry-first), and a floating license plate holder (unique in its class).
The new car uses top-grade automotive paint from BASF – Pegasus paint. It offers six exterior color options: Starlit Green, Dusk Purple, Moonlight Blue, Dynamic Yellow, and Meteorite Silver, as well as three interior color options: Deep Space Grey, Celestial Grey, and Stellar Violet.
The new car provides a unique three-axis dynamic screen (industry-first) and the largest AR-HUD in its class. It also features an industry-first Touch Pad that matches the sport seats with active side bolster adjustment capability.
