Nvidia GB200 Series Products Achieve Mass Production, Global AI Server OEM/ODM Leaders to Continue Benefiting

Hon Tian Precision (06088) shares rose 10.03% in the early trading session, currently quoted at HK$3.51, with a turnover of HK$35.3 million.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China announced that its first-half net profit increased by 39% year-on-year, with GB200 series products achieving mass production.

According to Wing Lung Bank, as various issues such as metal connectors, liquid cooling leaks, and heat sinks are gradually optimized, GB200 began mass production in April, with a cumulative total of 7,000 units by the end of the first half. GB300 is expected to enter sample production in the second half and achieve mass production by the fourth quarter, with an estimated total of 20,000-25,000 units for both GB200 and GB300 this year.

The bank pointed out that global AI server OEM/ODM leaders will continue to benefit from the trend, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as a major supplier of GB200 servers and other component manufacturers such as connectors/interfaces, heat sinks, and power management. This includes BYD Electronics' AI server products going into production and Hon Tian Precision's GB200/300 server connectors and liquid cooling components.
