Robot Wins First Prize in Long Three Gorges Intelligent Robot Competition, Revolutionizing Industrial Robotics
Phoenix Technology News, August 7. In the "2025 Long Three Gorges Intelligent Scene Application Competition" held at Kunshan, JAKA robot won the first prize in the industrial manufacturing scenario with its outstanding technology and application capabilities.
This competition was jointly hosted by China Software Evaluation Center (Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center) and Kunshan High-Tech Group Co., Ltd. The event concluded successfully at Kunshan recently.
In the complex robot picking and placing project, JAKA's complex robot took only 40 seconds to complete the entire process from starting point A to B shelf unloading and back to the end point. In the intense competition of industrial robotics, JAKA's complex robot stood out with its innovative "hand-eye-foot" collaborative robotic system, featuring the industry's fastest debugging speed, outstanding work efficiency and completion rate, as well as a sleek and elegant overall structure.
The precision requirements for the warehouse shelves are relatively low, and the robot does not need to be equipped with a camera. However, when used in traditional machining, logistics warehousing, and laboratory scenarios, JAKA's complex robot can achieve precise positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm, perfectly adapting to scene demands. Additionally, users can configure AGV, mechanical arm, and camera device parameters on the JAKA Zu APP to realize high-efficiency debugging and rapid deployment.
Compared to traditional industrial automation equipment, JAKA's complex robot boasts significant advantages in deployment flexibility, spatial adaptability, and operational safety, making it possible to flexibly and efficiently serve various industrial scenarios such as 3C electronics, new energy, automotive components, and more. This is a typical example of the intelligent robotics industry landing in the scene.
The intelligent robotics industry development conference held concurrently with the competition launched the Long Three Gorges (Kunshan) Intelligent Robotics Industry Alliance, which will rely on the region's deep industrial foundation and vibrant innovative vitality to deepen Suhu Zheshan coordination mechanism, promote joint research in technology, scene sharing, and standard recognition, allowing innovation resources to flow freely and efficiently within the Long Three Gorges region.
