According to sources, the Taobao VIP member system covers all users, divided into six levels: copper, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, and black diamond. Platinum-level members can open VIP services for 88 yuan.
Based on user behavior data over the past 12 months, Taobao has automatically determined the initial VIP level for each user. Users only need to open the Taobao app, search for "Taobao VIP," and view their current level and corresponding benefits. The VIP level will be updated quarterly based on the latest user behavior data.
Taobao VIP members at different levels correspond to exclusive privileges and services, which users can enjoy free of charge, covering shopping discounts, takeout rights, travel perks, ride-hailing privileges, etc. As membership levels rise, benefits will also upgrade.
