Unitree's Four-Legged Robot A2 and Humanoid Robot R1 Global Debut
Opinion Net News: On August 8, Unitree Technology showcased its four-legged robot A2 and humanoid robot R1 at the 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC), marking the global debut of two new products.
According to reports, A2 weighs around 37kg, supporting a continuous walking load of 25kg, with adults able to maintain balance while standing on it.
In terms of endurance, A2 can sustainably walk for 3 hours/12.5 kilometers when fully loaded or 5 hours/20 kilometers when empty.
R1 weighs around 25kg, with a starting price of just RMB 39,900 and supports complex actions such as punching, running, and standing on its head, showcasing its inverted walking skills during the event.
Unitree Technology claims that Unitree R1 is "born for movement," having previously focused on showcasing its backflip, boxing, grappling, and standing skills.
