Its business scope covers information technology consulting services, information system integration services, ticketing agency services, etc. From the shareholder information, it can be seen that this company is fully owned by Xiaohongshu Technology Co., Ltd.

It is worth noting that Zheng Xiulian has previously stepped down from her roles at Xiaohongshu Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangying Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Zheng Xiulian was a core management member of Xiaohongshu. In December 2019, she took over as the legal representative and director of the company's operating entity, Hangying Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In January 2025, she stepped down from her roles as legal representative and executive director of Hangying Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies Xiaohongshu Technology Co., Ltd., and new appointments were made to replace her.
