The plan covers all food delivery platforms, providing special rewards, educational support, and family medical aid.
Yesterday, Ele.me's CEO Fang Yu released an internal letter, officially announcing that all riders will be upgraded to "City Riders", with measures to upgrade their welfare protection, care incentives, and growth development.
According to reports, the Orange Plan sets up a unified application channel (hotline 4008827777), allowing riders from any platform, city, or capacity to apply. The project is operated by a professional team, focusing on supporting riders' heroic behaviors, educational development, and family medical needs. Previously, Ele.me has invested over CNY 2 million, providing assistance to over 600 families of severely ill riders and more than 400 riders' children.
