BAIC Blue Valley Reports Net Loss of USD 3.45 Billion for First Half of 2025
【Financial News】August 15, BAIC Blue Valley New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BAIC Blue Valley) disclosed its 2025 semi-annual report.
During the reporting period, BAIC Blue Valley achieved operating revenue of USD 9.51 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of 154.38%; net loss was USD 3.21 billion, with non-recurring gains and losses adjusted to USD 3.45 billion; total assets stood at USD 35.11 billion as of the end of the reporting period.
BAIC Blue Valley's main business focuses on the research, production, sales, and services of new energy passenger cars and core components. Its subsidiary, BAIC New Energy, is China's first independent operating company with a new energy vehicle production license.
Currently, BAIC Blue Valley is working hard to build three major brands: Enjoy, Jixiafu, and BEIJING. Among them, the Enjoy brand is a new high-end brand developed by the company in collaboration with Huawei, featuring the first cooperative model, the panoramic intelligent flagship sedan Enjoy S9, which was launched during the reporting period.
The Jixiafu brand is a mid-to-high-end smart new energy passenger car brand built by aggregating global top-notch resources. During the reporting period, Jixiafu had on-sale models including the pure electric SUV Alpha T5, pure electric sports sedan Alpha S5, pure electric SUV Alpha T6, pure electric sports sedan Alpha S6, and pure electric crossover car Kala and Kala S.
The BEIJING brand is an economically smart new energy passenger car brand built by the company based on its 60 years of experience in the automotive industry. During the reporting period, BEIJING Automobile's product lineup included EU5 and EU5PLUS models.
