Sina Tech News August 1st, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (0175.HK) announced its July sales data: passenger car sales reached 237,717 units, up 58% year-on-year, marking the 11th consecutive month of sales exceeding 200,000 units. In the first seven months of the year, the group has accumulated sales of over 1.64 million units, further approaching its full-year sales target of 3 million units.
In terms of new energy, Geely Automobile's new energy sales (including Geely and Lynk & Co) reached 130,124 units in July, up 120% year-on-year. The monthly penetration rate for new energy products reached 55%. In the first seven months of the year, Geely Automobile's total new energy sales exceeded 850,000 units, up 126% year-on-year.
