JD.com Reports 2Q 2025 Revenue of $356.6 Billion, Up 22.4% Year-over-Year

Sina Tech News August 14, JD.com releases its 2025 second-quarter financial report: revenue reached 3566.6 billion CNY, up 22.4% year-over-year, exceeding market expectations of 3354.5 billion CNY.

Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was 62 billion CNY, down from 126 billion CNY in the second quarter of 2024.

Under US GAAP, net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was 74 billion CNY, down from 145 billion CNY in the second quarter of 2024.

Adjusted EPS was 4.97 CNY per ADS, exceeding market expectations of 3.78 CNY per ADS.

JD Retail achieved a net revenue of 31.01 billion CNY in the second quarter of 2025, up 20.6% year-over-year. JD Retail's operating income was 139 billion CNY in the second quarter of 2025, an increase from 101 billion CNY in the same period last year. JD Retail's operating profit margin for the second quarter of 2025 reached 4.5%, a significant improvement from 3.9% in the same period last year.
