Li Xiaoping Responds to Ideal Automobile's Black Publicity: Know Who's Behind It and Won't Join Them
Phoenix News Technology 8/8, Ideal Automobile CEO Li Xiaoping released a video on social media platforms, responding to the recent black publicity incident faced by Ideal Automobile. He emphasized that the company knows who is behind the manipulation and professional water army groups, but will not compromise principles and join them.
In the video, Li Xiaoping reviewed that Ideal Automobile had faced similar emotional waves during the releases of multiple car models. He stated, "When we released L9, there was a wave of propaganda saying Ideal Automobile would go bankrupt. When we released Mega, everyone knew what was going on. Then when we released i8, there were a lot of emotional events again." He added that each time, there was a different brand behind the manipulation.
Despite these professional water army groups trying to "hide all kinds of clues deeply," Li Xiaoping stressed that the company will not compromise principles and become like them. If they were to do so, the manipulators would have won.
According to reports, this incident originated from an online group exposed on August 6th, specializing in smearing Ideal Automobile. The group offered paid services for creating videos showcasing Ideal Automobile's non-standard behaviors (8 yuan per clip), leaving malicious comments under car owners' notes (1.5 yuan per comment), and posting illustrated comments (2 yuan per comment). Many car owners complained, and Ideal Automobile announced on August 7th that it had collected relevant evidence and would pursue legal action to hold those responsible accountable.
In this instance, Li Xiaoping faced the black publicity incident head-on, making clear his stance while also keeping the public informed about the subsequent developments and Ideal Automobile's rights protection efforts.
