NanoSec's Early Mornng Surge Surpasses 8%, Company Collaborates with NVIDIA, NanoSec Becomes Only Chinese Chip Company to Enter 800V Direct Current Power Architecture

On August 1st, NVIDIA's official website updated its list of partners for the 800V direct current power architecture, with NanoSec being the only Chinese chip company to be selected. On the evening of August 1st, NanoSec released an announcement officially responding to rumors of its collaboration with NVIDIA. The announcement stated that the company had recently reached a cooperation agreement with global AI technology leader NVIDIA (NVIDIA) to jointly promote the 800VDC (800-volt direct current) power architecture in AI data centers. This architecture is specifically designed by NVIDIA for future high-efficiency mega-scale computing infrastructure, offering significant advantages over traditional 54V power systems in terms of system efficiency, heat dissipation, and reliability, supporting a 100-1000 times boost in AI processing capacity.
East Securities pointed out that from a market share perspective, NanoSec held a market share of 31% in the global nitrogen-based semiconductor power device market in 2023, solidifying its position as the world's leading chip company. In recent years, NanoSec has continuously expanded its capacity, with high-capacity production being an important guarantee for the company's market competitiveness. The company is currently accelerating the expansion of its 8-inch nitride-based silicon wafer production capacity. The plan is to increase current monthly output from 13,000 pieces to 20,000 pieces by the end of 2025 and further expand it to 70,000 pieces within five years.
