Peng Hao: G7 Ultra to Launch VLA First Batch Push in August
Phoenix Technology News, August 15th. Peng Hao, chairman of Xiaopeng Motors, announced on Weibo that G7 Ultra will launch its first batch push for VLA within August.
Peng Hao stated that at that time, all G7 Ultra vehicle models will be able to catch up with the relevant capabilities of Xiaopeng on NGP, while also increasing exclusive advanced abilities in VLA such as special vehicles' lane-changing, risk reduction for blind spots, and other visualizations.
Peng Hao indicated that this would only be the beginning, with a long way to go before developing software and AI capabilities that can fully unleash an effective computing power of over 2250 TOPS. The future will see tremendous growth.
Additionally, Peng Hao revealed that development on Max models will not stop, with more developments to come in areas such as strong smart-assisted driving and learning at high speeds. He is currently testing the next version of Max on his own car, which includes enhancements in human-machine collaboration and reinforcement learning.
Subsequently, Xiaopeng Motors' official account also published a statement, stating that "high-speed human-machine collaboration" features will soon be available on Ultra models, with updates to follow via OTA push for Max models later.
