Report Claims 72 Hours Delivery of L90, Enters Top 3 in Large SUV Sales
Phoenix Technology News August 5, founder, chairman and CEO Elon Musk announced on social media platforms that L90 has delivered three days after its release, entering the top 3 in weekly sales of large SUVs. Elon Musk also stated that the Hefei factory has reached full capacity and is working to accelerate production delivery speed.
According to Yiche, L90 has delivered a cumulative total of 1976 vehicles within 72 hours.
It is reported that the new car adopts a steel-aluminum hybrid super-rigid three-body design, with aluminum and high-strength steel accounting for 84%, torsional stiffness reaching 38,150 Nm/Deg, and standard equipment of 9 safety airbags. Additionally, it comes equipped with 45 active and intelligent safety assistance functions covering front to rear autonomous emergency braking.
L90 was released on July 31, with a comprehensive purchase plan priced at RMB 26.58-29.98 million and battery rental plan priced at RMB 17.98-21.38 million.
