In 2025, the top 100 real estate enterprises' land acquisition volume reached CNY 5,783 billion, a year-on-year increase of 34.3%, with a slight increase of 1 percentage point compared to last month. Since 2025, the land market has remained hot, with continuous growth compared to the same period last year.

From the new value-added perspective, Greencity China, China Evergrande Real Estate Group, and Poly Real Estate Group ranked among the top three. In 2025, Greencity China took the top spot with a new value-added volume of CNY 1.116 billion, followed by China Evergrande Real Estate Group with a volume of CNY 935 million, and Poly Real Estate Group with a volume of CNY 907 million, ranking third.
