Xi Mi Youth Apartments Officially Open, Rent at 1999 CNY per Month
July 30th news: Xiaomi Group partner and CEO Lei Jun posted on Weibo that Xiaomi's youth apartments officially opened and began operation.
Lei Jun mentioned that from site selection to construction, from design to decoration, the team always adhered to the principle of listening to young people's needs, working together to create this lively new home.
Lei Jun emphasized that talent is the foundation of Xiaomi's technology development, and Xiaomi Group has always persisted in the concept of "building a home for those who strive, and safeguarding dreams for those who dream". He congratulated the young employees who will be moving in soon and expressed gratitude to all the workers involved in the apartment construction.
This time's opening of the youth apartments aims to provide high-quality and affordable living environments for young talents, with a monthly rent set at 1999 CNY.
According to Xiaomi Group Vice President, Purchasing Committee Chairman, Asset and Engineering Management Department General Manager Zhang Jianhui, the Xiaomi youth apartments have officially opened in Beijing, with over 2600 units, mainly featuring 29-square-meter studios. The facilities include smart living, shared kitchens, fitness centers, audio-visual rooms, and a green ecological area.
Lei Jun previously stated that this 1999 CNY pricing was decided after repeated discussions, aiming to allow freshly graduated students to enjoy high-quality life at an affordable cost.
