Glon Hui, July 30th|According to the National Warning issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources, on July 30th, 2025 at 07:24 (Beijing Time), a magnitude 8.7 earthquake occurred in the Kamchatka East Coast Far Sea region (52.51°N, 160.26°E) with a depth of 18 kilometers (earthquake parameters revised). The Marine Warning Center analyzed and judged that the earthquake may trigger a tsunami, but it will not have a destructive impact on China's coastal areas.
