Star Legend Subsidiary and U Tree Technology Sign Collaboration Agreement

Star Legend (06683) releases announcement, recently Star Creative Art (Kunshan) Cultural and Entertainment Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a collaboration agreement with Hangzhou U Tree Technology Co., Ltd. (U Tree Technology).

The group and U Tree Technology will mutually establish a global strategic partnership relationship, focusing on developing and commercializing intelligent robots (robots) with companion functions and social attributes (robot products), including but not limited to entertainment fields.

The group will be responsible for the core IP planning, design, AI interaction, and globalization marketing strategy of the robot product; while U Tree Technology will handle the technology, hardware research and development, production, and related application software development. Both parties will jointly promote and sell the robot product.

Through this collaboration, the group can leverage U Tree Technology's resources and experience in robot development, combining the group's own IP creation and operation resources and capabilities to create a new form of IP products in the AI and robotics era. This cooperation will not only cover the group's artist resources but also extend to broader artists to expand IP cooperation opportunities.

In addition, the group will explore the commercial value of intelligent robots in scenarios such as concerts and performances through this collaboration, thereby enhancing the group's business competitiveness.
